My feelings about #GameOfThrones finale and Battle of Bastards

I saw the huge finale in the Monday morning and I still have so many feelings about it so I have to share my feelings with you.

But before I will talk about the finale, I'll talk about epic Battle of Bastards.

It was great that the full episode was about strategy, plans and the war itself. I was kinda nervous that they will put the battle into the two episodes but they didn't.

Sooo...here we go!

When Ramsay Bolton showed up for the first time in Game of Thrones, I had a feeling that his life will end in Jon's Snow arms in a huge battle. Then I saw his hounds and I was like "I don't have a good feeling about this. Once he will be eaten by them..."

And I was right. My intuition was right.

The battle itself was really epic for me! Some people say that it looked like a Battle of Helms Deep from Lord of the Rings. Well, there was a specific similarity...especially when Littlefinger arrived with Sansa by his side to save Jon and help him get Winterfell. Many men was literally massacred.

And...Rickon Stark died. In Jon's arms.
Ramsay Bolton killed him while his little twisted game "Run to Jon".

"You have to run, remember?"
And he ran. And ran. And Jon knew that Rickon can't get himself to him in the right time so he sat on his horse and ran to him. But Ramsay was quicker and shot Rickon with the arrow.

And Sansa was right - Rickon is lost.

In the moment I had a tears in my eyes and ... I think I'd the same what Jon did. Wanted to kill Ramsay on his own. So the battle started.

Jon's men were dying all around him. Then the rest of his army was trapped in Ramsay's arms. And it looked like Bolton's will keep Winterfell and the bastard of Roose Bolton will get Sansa back.

But as I mentioned, Littlefinger showed up with his army and defeated Ramsay's army. So he ran and hid himself on Winterfell. Jon and the rest of his men chased him.
When they arrived at Winterfell, Wun Wun passed away thanks to Ramsay's arrows. Then he tried to kill Jon but Jon was faster and was about to punch him to dead.
Sansa stopped him though.

Then she had a little talk with him. In the dungeon of Winterfell where he was captured. For a minute I was confused - is Jon and Sansa about to keep him in there? BUT - Ramsay's girls showed up and Sansa let them eat him alive.

And for some reason I cried - I hated Ramsay but I also liked him in the same time. It wasn't completely his fault that he was the cruelest man in Westeros /in my opinion/, he had just very VERY complicated childhood and it let the marks on him.

Growing up without a father, being called a bastard for almost whole life, being a scum when you know who you really are...it makes you angry. And cruel. And that's Ramsay.

Of course Jon was growing up with the fact that he is a bastard too but look at this - he had Ned. And Ned took Jon as his own son. Which is a reason why some people still thought that he is a Stark.

Even he is Snow /or not? :)/, there is a very strong side of Stark in him.

Anyway, House of Stark got the Winterfell back! :)

Finale!
So, my feelings about finale of season six.
Ughhh, where should I start?
"White Raven has come. A winter is finally here."
- said Sansa to Jon after he was chosen as Lord of Winterfell and Warden of the North.
And he truly deserved it! :) I was so happy about it.
Happy ending in one part then.

The other part - King's Landing.
The High Sparrow and his minion, Tyrells and many people died in a huge explosion. And so the Sept is gone too. King Tommen commited a suicide after seeing this tragedy and Cersei became a queen of Iron Throne again. Meanwhile Jamie, her loving brother, arrived back from Riverlands.
I can say it got the happy ending too.

Third part - Khaleesi.
Well, she got her ships, she got the peace of Mereen and now the unburnt is on her way with the thousands ships to Westeros.
Happy ending.../though I'm scared about what's going to happen when she arrives in Westeros/.

Fourth part - The Citadel.
Sam, Gilly and their baby arrived to The Citadel. And it was one amazing place! I fell in love with it! And the library - mother of God!
Happy ending!

Fifth part - Bran.
He was ready to get another vision after uncle Benjen got him and Meera to the safe place. And he saw what happened with Lyanna. He heard what she whispered to Ned before she passed away.
"Promise me that. Please, promise me that, Ned."
...and now we all know that Jon is not Snow, not Stark but...Targaryen! Whooooooa! I was kinda shocked. So all the rumours were right!
Happy ending.

Sixth part - Arya.
She arrived in Westeros. Finally! But is she no one or really Arya? It doesn't matter to me because she always will be Arya Stark to me. Arya was noticed already at the celebration where Frey and Jamie celebrated the death of a Black Fish and getting back the Riverrun. But we didn't notice her. We saw her. But didn't know that the person is Arya. In that moment she was just a strange woman.
After Lannister's army left the castle, Arya showed up at Walder Frey. The dinner. And she took off her face. And slit Frey's throat.
"My name is Arya Stark."
Happy ending! - now I only wait till she meets the Hound! :)

So as you can see...in the finaly every person got what she or he deserved - the revenge, the property or the throne.

But...sadly I have to also add "If you think this has a happy ending, you haven't been paying attention" even it looked like the happy ending for season six.

I was satisfied with the finale pretty much. Even the season had some episodes that were boring, I had a fun during the last ones.

Almost forgot...have you heard the soundtrack yet?
You should to! Ramin did excellent work! I fell in love with it.
Soundtrack to season six is definitely the best one from all the seasons!

So...now to wait to another season and be scared about who is going to die next. Sadly I think, Meera won't survive. But who knows :)

For now, let's enjoy the soundtrack!
