Today I wanted so desperately to write something. So I've written a little fanfiction based on the ending of Glass that appeared in the theatres like one month ago. It's gonna be almost two months now.
I'm still so sad about the ending. So while I was writing this tale, I was listening to soundtrack to Glass and well...was crying during my writing, haha. Normally I don't write fanfictions at all. This is just a little exception. Maybe my empathy caused me to write it all down. All of my feelings.
BUT! If you still haven't seen the film, don't read. Don't read it at all.
After a loud shoot, Casey fell something spraying her shirt. And nothing but a fear mixed with a shock has appeared in Kevin's eyes. The action of the assault team wasn't any predictable at all. Kevin's blood created a little puddles on the young lady's shirt before he collapsed into her arms.
Her arms quickly embracing around him, trying to catch him and hold him. But his muscular body was so heavy. And Casey bursted to the tears. No possibility how to save him. A pair of buckling knees of the young man dragged the couple down on the cold autumn ground in the park in front of the asylum.
Casey big hazel eyes quickly looked at the injury caused by one of the sniper's that just shot him and the knuckle of her right hand quickly wipped away the tears. She needed to stay strong now, for Kevin.
Now she was his guard in this very tough situation. He was innocent! How could the doctor let this all happen? Then the first character in Kevin's mind started to speak some confused words. Was it Heinrich? Casey couldn't recognize the person. And then the other one has come out. And then the new one. The teen girl.
"Kevin, Kevin, come back to me." A desperated sob created a mixture with a pure hopeless. There was no sirens of the ambulance in the backround. A hope that Kevin could make it till a help comes was losing in the darkest distance.
Every person in Kevin was confused what is just happening. Every one of them has been asking about what's going on until Hedwig appeared. Casey quickly took his hand. Not as strong because Hedwig was still a nine years old boy. The salty tears were dropping on Kevin's torso. There was nothing but a deep sadness inside of the young girl. The only man that truly understood her was leaving the world. The rest of the world was so far from a revealing and knowing who Kevin really was.
"Kevin Wendell Crumb, stay in light with me."
After their painful conversation, he looked up at the sky. To the sun behind the gloomy clouds. To the light. His blue eyes wide open in the happiness that the young lady has showed him the real meaning of a light. Casey collapsed on his chest after seeing the dissappearing light in his deep, blue irises.
Her pale hand covered in Kevin's blood touched his face and closed his eyes. The squeeze of her hand never left his hand. Not for a second, not for a minute, not for awhile.
