We can do it! #HeForShe

How I became a feminist?
I guess the starts are dated to my childhood.
I walked with a male friends for a fishing, we played a football in the warm days, ice hockey in winter, we played with a cars and just did the normal things.
Also my father bought me a little cars to play with or we had a couple of a plastic animals and a little farm. I did fishing with him too.
When my family was building our new house, I helped there with a couple of "male work" even I was "only" twelve". But I was always into these things.
I also wanted to visit an automechanic school but it's only for boys...what a shame! So I decided for a microbiology school.
I realized that I'm a feminist on a high school. But I was scared to use that word for me because there is a one old rule - feminists are old short haired lesbians in the mens opinion. And this saying is still here.
I was wondering why is that, why women in some countries can have as same rights as men, why is wrong for a men express their real emotions, why only a women can go for a maternity leave and men can't and I just couldn't get these million questions out of my head.
So I started to look for the answers, read many books about this theme etc. when suddenly HeForShe campaign was created and I joined.
Because my intuition said to me that is the right thing. So I can finally fight for the men and women rights, I can change many things, I can talk, I can help.
I'm being HeForShe for already two years and I'm happy for that. I'm happy that our society and even government realized this problem and started to fight for a gender equality. Just like me.
Gender equality is a very popular theme lately and this time I'm grateful for this popularity - I'm grateful for a popularity for a first time - because people noticed this problem and our society can fight for a gender equality, our society can help to solve this, our society can change this world to a better one.
Frankly, we all want to raise our children in a world full of a harmony and a peace.
And together we can do it.
We can make a world yet a better place.
