MY SPEECH FOR #HeForShe

"When I look at a person, I see person - not a rank, not a class, not a title." - Criss Jami

When I look at a person, I see a human. Human that should be treated in the way that it deserves. Human that has its own rights.
Year by year is more hectical and very hurried for all of us which is not good. Everyone wants to be at the top on the mountain and rule the world. But is there any equality in this idea? Sadly no.

I'm finding an equality like something very important for the right running the world. Everything would be happier and better with a gender equality.
Some of you could think that I'm a dreamer and I live in Utopia or that maybe I have nothing better to do but writing this speech.

But! I am also humanbeing and I live in this world just like you. I am not any celebrity, or a model nor politic. I'm not even rich but I know I can do something! I have a right to tell you my opinion about main problems. I can share it and so make you think about this all. Because I have a faith. Faith that is pushing me forward. Because we can't give up on anything. or we will be lost.

You can be maybe curious what brought me here...and I have a very simple answer. I never was beautiful so I wanted to do something beautiful for the world.

Have I ever met with a gender discrimination? Sadly I have. When I was looking for a job, men were prefered. They said that I don't have any praxis and these men had a lot of praxis. But where can I find any job when the men are prefered and so I can't get any praxis? You know, it wasn't a nice feeling at all. I fought for the position that I was looking for. But it was useless. I was sad, I was angry and I knew that I have do something about it. Why the men were prefered? Just because I am a young woman?

When I found a job, I mostly worked with women. I used to be a tomboy when I was younger, so naturally I do not mind a male work. Which was good about this work. But! A lot of women discriminated men. Once I saw one of them crying. When he noticed my glare, he started to pretend that everything is alright.

But is really alright that man have to hide their tears and pretend that nothing can hurt them? No. Is alright when the other gender is prefered over you? No. Is alright that we still live in prehistory? No.

If you don't want to make this world better for yourself, do it for a future generation.
Thank you
